This is a photo I've made yesterday morning on my way to school. This morning I saw the young hedgehog completely flattened in the same spot. I should have had the courage to lift the animal off the road.

I spent the morning in complete calm. The children were still tidying, meeting their next teachers, eating waffles and drinking lemonade. In the schoolyard, were the various bubbles in turns dancing to the music of a DJ.

Then hugs, waving to the children as they went away in the busses, a joint lunch and.... holiday.
