Folly...

...and a black swan on its nest. Hopefully this means there will soon be some new cygnets on the block.

We went to the polo today and, on the way back, popped to Benbow Pond as I was sure I'd seen a heron out of the corner of my eye when I passed yesterday. There was indeed a heron but it was on the far side of the pond, so I'll try to get a better picture another day.
