Iris

It has been a week of good and bad events.  We arrived home from Skye to find a small leak in the piping or something in the downstairs toilet; promptly fixed by the plumber on Monday morning.  I had a very debilitating sore back after a steep walk on Skye, appointment with a physio on Tuesday hopefully has sorted that although it's taking its time.  Hair cut on Wednesday.  Yesterday a trip into a church in the west end of Glasgow where we were able to recycle Tassimo coffee pods that have been piling up for 18 months .  I couldn't bring myself to dispose of them in normal waste bins; and we were able to have a walk along Byres road and have a coffee sitting in the sunshine. Visit to dentist this morning for a check up; didn't need any work done and sleepover for the grandchildren tonight.
