Good morning

Some winter weekends it isn't worth heading out for an early trot because it's too icy.

Today was ok-ish but not the little wooden bridges that the Selwyn District Council is so fond of. For reasons best known to planners they allow cute little wooden bridges over irrigation channels.

They're treacherous when icy which is often in winter. They're not frozen they're wet and still slippery.

Today I've ticked some things off a long list of weekend jobs. There's still plenty there for tomorrow.
