Of to Rotto….

…..on the wettest and roughest day possible!
The munchkins and parents left the relative safety of Fremantle harbour and set off for their Rottnest adventure. It was rough. Very, very rough. Vomit. Everywhere. They were pleased that masks were compulsory as it helped with the “smell”. Our lot managed to escape unscathed - just. Here in Perth we had so much rain there was unprecedented flooding. The main highway was flooded. Shopping centres were flooded. The rain was unrelenting.

They survived and found shelter in the pub in front of a roaring fire. There was the promise of a quokka sighting tomorrow ;-)
