The weather recently has fallen into a lovely pattern of cool, clear mornings, followed by hot summer afternoons, ending with a cooling rain early evening or overnight. But this morning our neighborhood Homeowners Association is having its annual meeting outside in the common area. So the rain decided to come this morning, too.
