Pyclet Company Derby

Here's Martin from the wonderful Pyclet company in Derby market.
I'd blipped them some time ago when they only had a stall outside but those days are long gone as they go from strength to strength.
I love Pyclets and this morning I was treated to a delicious home cooked ham and cheese Pyclet.
Sat on a chair watching Martin make them fresh in front of me it was a perfect breakfast.
