Desert Dunes

Traveling between Puerto Peñasco and San Diego entails driving an hour and a half through the desert of the Reserva de la Biosfera El Pinacate y Gran Desierto de Altar (a 7,164 sq. km desert nature reserve). There is one area along Hwy 3 that has some great dunes visible from the road, but usually we are in too much of a hurry to stop for photos. Today I made a point of giving myself a little time by the side of the highway for a couple of shots. Would love to get the drone here some day. That will most likely have to wait until next year as this will be the last trip through this area this year.
