Mystery beastie

Spotted this whilst walking Flo this morning. The closest I can find to an I'd is an instar of the kidney-spot ladybird although they don't seem to be known as a Scottish species. Any ideas?
Flo off to the kennels today as we head off on our hols tomorrow morning. She seemed happy enough. Lots of tidying and packing today. Hate coming home to a messy house ( although it doesn't concern me the rest of the time
