Our Bridge is Back!

We’ve had to make a detour going down town for what seems like years while the Fairview Bridge by the old steam plant was being reconstructed.   Actually I was surprised it was less than 2 years…it closed September 2019.   Have lots of pictures of progress along the way and a few blips (https://www.blipfoto.com/entry/2670461464061413957
all from this spot which is a close as we could get on our walks south. 
The opening was celebrated today..free ice cream… and traffic will begin tomorrow.   They put the low concrete floating walkway back with new floats and railings, ramps etc…it’s going to be nice, a mile from our house.…except it’s not YET in my walking range…. we drove halfway there.  Put a few more in an extra.   There will be more blip opportunities here.

Still trying to work out the upload problems... today I turned off wifi on the phone and both these photos loaded well from the phone.   Causes other issues...   sigh.
