Guess what's for dinner!

Bet you can't!!! Unless,of course, you are from northern Italy - in which case you can give me a proper recipe for cooking pasta with Raddichio!
Even though I don't really know how to make it it was very delicious! I just tried to make it up from the memory of having this dish once in Verona and then Milano. I made it with garlic, onions, raddicio, cream cheese, cheese, wine with a bit of crisped pancetta on the top - YUMMY!!!

Any recipes gratefully received please!
