You gonna share mom?

I missed my window last night to go to sleep. Seems anymore if I miss it by about 15 minutes I'm awake. I was awake this morning till around 1 am and then tossed and turned till about 2:30, I'm sure the pups thought I was nuts. Because I was up so late (early?) I got up late, like 9 am late. With the puppies I've been getting up at about 6 since they came into my life. Amazingly enough the pee pads were dry! Maybe it's cause I forced them to go potty before I finally went to bed. This morning while eating breakfast the girls sat very patiently under the table with those cute little eyes begging for eggs. Yes I shared, not a lot because I try really hard not to give my dogs people food. Scrambled eggs, eggs are ok for dogs and look at those faces!

This was not a great morning to get a late start. My sister and I had arranged for our brother to get mom out of her house so we could clean. Mom, since dad died has been struggling. My mom was never a great house keeper, recently she has been having balance issues and has fallen a couple of times. This means that if something hits the floor, it stays there. It took my sister and I roughly 3 and a half hours to find the floor, counter tops, bathrooms and get the laundry done. We didn't completely get all surfaces found but overall the house is so much better then the state we found it in. I was happy to come home to my puppies at the end of it to be sure. Puppies with cute little faces.
