Flying along!

Thunder and lightening this morning, rain and then mainly cloudy afternoon, breezy by the coast.

Early phone call with my friend and then to the opticians to pick up my new glasses.  Went for a coffee and cake at K's and then we went for a walk across the fields and to the beach.  Started off in a sunny spell but by the time we had reached the beach it was cloudy, misty out to sea.

Took a couple of shots of the windsurfers and liked this one, also the extra caught my eye, nobody near the buckets, spade and duck, hope they hadn't been left behind.
