Park Run back!!!!

Formly called Saturday after 16 months no park runs due.to.covid 19, It was a little emotional seeing 80 runners at one of the hardest park runs hills and hills but where I have many friends. Never a PB course..

Organised well the tags as you see you drop.straight I to the disinfectant, simple.

Then it was a meet later in the day with 12 running friends for a beer or 4!!! not me bit I did partake in a Harvey's do like a Harvey's beer!!
