A PUZZEL - A BRAIN TEASER

I've decided to do something different today......is it still Silly Sunday? This is a jpeg of a brain teaser asking you to look at the "clues" and decide which common word or phrase the clue is expressing. 

Let's see how many words you can get. Tomorrow I will upload the answers for you. Then I expect some feedback on how well you did.

As an aside, the answer sheet will be in B&W....which just happens to fit the MonoMonday theme.
