Late evening on the pasture

The younger ones still eating grass, although it's almost eaten up, while the bigger ones are at the feeding trailer eating baled hay.

Started fixing the fence of the next paddock in the morning. Got quite a lot done, but not ready yet. No hurry with it though, as there are a few hot days ahead and the current pasture has lots of trees to provide shadow.

Instead, afternoon spent in the dryer reassembling the auger that was broken. I bought a spare part for it a few months ago, but somehow the time to do the job seemed not to appear. Forgetting some things about the assembly caused some scratching of my thinning hair and some extra work, too, but got most of it done. Not the change that would prevent the same spot wearing out again though.
