Fallen Tree

I went for my early morning walk by the canal today and it was lovely. I met Morag and Archie and she told me about the fallen tree. Her neighbour heard a loud cracking noise earlier this week and it was this tree breaking off into the canal. It covers half of the canal but boats can still get past. She has emailed the canal and river trust but they haven't replied. She said its because it has been so dry. 
I've had a lovely quiet day, I did go to church and we were able to sing, although it was behind the mask, very strange!
