Parliament in the rain

We made our first trip into central London since February 2020 this afternoon, to do a self-guided 'treasure hunt' for historical information that we had received as a gift. It was fun, despite torrential rain, and we discovered lots of interesting buildings and statues. This photo was taken while we were sheltering from the rain under a tree, but eventually we became soaked to the skin and gave up trying to shelter. It was certainly a memorable experience!
