Summer in the City

Mr P and I got up early this morning as he had to drop off his e-bike in Bruntsfield at about 10.30am to be repaired.
As we’d arranged to pick up son no 1 from Waverley Station at 6.20pm, we spent the day in Edinburgh. We walked through the Meadows and then wandered around the old town and Princes Street Gardens. We booked into the Botanics in the afternoon. Particularly loved these wildflower gardens. Did lots of walking but thankfully felt fine. Still hot and sunny but refreshing breeze.
