Sauna

It was very quiet in the office today, I was on the Fire Marshall rota for the floor and there was, well, just me. Usually (pre Covid) we'd have five or six of us for about 300 people.

Needless to say my duties weren't needed.

I did manage to get something done I've been working on for a while now (in true homework style it's needed this week) which was good but I was brain and screen dead by the end of it.

I went and half heartedly chucked some weights around at the gym  for a bit then gave up and went for a sauna instead.
