One birthday, two castles.

When the birthday boy is in North Yorkshire and he fancies a Subway lunch as a treat Knaresborough is the destination of choice. Present opening was at the castle.
Second half of the afternoon we moved on to Spofforth Castle for a birthday picnic and cake.
It’s been a lovely day and Gorgeous Boy is now 12 :-)
