Saw the artist working on this several times last week but didn't manage to get a photo - luckily she's got a big area to cover so was still hard at it when I passed this morning. This is on the side of the old Leith Academy building (subsequently Queen Margaret College for a while, where we delivered occasional OU maths tutorials), which is now converted to flats (of course).

I like the swifts soaring about in the mural - which reminds me I've been noticing them screaming round the square early morning and late evening this past week or so. Doesn't look as if they're hunting - wonder if they do training flights for the youngsters?
