Hollyhock

The hollyhocks are beginning to flower now and I have never looked at them quite as closely as I am able to do now.  How beautiful the details are!  I have noticed that some of the leaves seem to have some small spots on them that look like rust.  Any advice from anyone?  Do I need to do anything about that?

Today turned out to be very hot again and still no rain.  We are told that tomorrow may be different.  The chaps came to start on our study fitting today and they were able to do a lot of the cutting and so on out side.  We are very pleased with progress and are looking forward to the main fitting being completed tomorrow.  Then we shall see how much the new shelves and cupboards will hold!
