Stuffed Marrow

Last week we were given a full grown foot-long marrow from a friend on the allotment, and we have put off cooking it, but today J. decided he would tackle it - and it was really delicious. It did take a long time to prepare and another hour to roast - but it was worth it!! One half today and the other tomorrow!!
