Wonderful day….
…today on the Waverley ….the worlds only sea going paddle steamer. Built in the 1930’s it has been lovingly restored and is a joy to travel on. We started in the centre of Glasgow in the Clyde river and journeyed downriver and out past the Isle of Arran then on to Ailsa Craig …a large island off the coast and then back in towards Glasgiw. It was a long day (12 hours) however the weather was kind with lots of sunshine which was good as we stayed outside to be as Covid compliant as possible. I’ve added a few extras.
Just lovely and a good way to mark 2500 blips which I believe is today!
