Chapped Lips

Dear O'H dear and Lovely Tea Jenny,

Waxing lady, Lily came round today (to perform a major tidy up operation). She is training to be a nurse and has just been on placement.

There was a 90 year old woman being treated on the ward. When the medical stuff had been dealt with, Lily’s mentor asked if there was anything else the lady needed.

Patient: “Would you be able to put some Vaseline on my lips?”

Lily’s mentor: “Of course I can”

Lily’s mentor popped some Vaseline on her finger and moved towards her patient’s face.

Patient (very irritated): “Not THOSE lips.”
