The Colour Purple.

Our garden artichokes are blooming well with their thistle-like top hats. But they are really not worth picking and cooking as the hearts are very small and hardly make a mouthful. I'd rather eat from a jar of artichoke hearts.

Jack and I sat out this afternoon. We waited for sun...we had a bit. We waited for rain...we had about 2 mins! I need just one good downpour so I don't have to water the garden!
