Thistle

I walked the dogs across the fields this evening. Some light rain and a couple of rumbles of thunder. They had a nice run around and then home for supper. There were quite a lot of wildflowers and hedgerow to photograph but I quite liked this one of the thistle. At work today my friend G and I had a nice break at a local cafe where we ate cake and had hot drinks. She and her family are off to Scotland at the weekend to visit her sister.
