Diary of a Day!

Morning; a visit to the local country park with Ali, E & E and we all had a good walk, talked to a few friendly dogs and spotted some wooden carved woodland animals. After that we all went off for lunch at our local Coffee Shop.
This afternoon we did a bit of gardening (there is always something needing doing!) then Fiona dropped by with little A. As Andrew was home from work, he tried to teach her how to strum a guitar. Those little fingers are not yet up to holding down chords.
While the day started bright and warm, as the afternoon rolled on, the clouds began to gather and loom dark and ominously. About 7.30 the rain started and we have now had a decent soaking. Only one gentle rumble if thunder though and no flashes on lightning as yet.
