At last!

This is the view from our front door, and we were so happy to see the farmer come to cut the field today. It’s our short cut to the forest for dog walks, but we haven’t been able to walk across for weeks as the grass, nettles and other stinging and scratchy plants had grown so tall. And there were so many ticks! Will be very good to have our path back.
