Thunder

The forecast thunderstorm never happened, so it stayed muggy all day. Since my laptop died on Saturday, and my Linux desktop isn't working properly, I went into work to get the laptop rebuilt. I also got И's desktop fixed, as a backup. All this meant that I spent the afternoon in my office, where it was fiercely hot. It faces southwest and has been baked by the sun for two weeks. In the evening, a long dog walk gave me time to think about strategies, after my morning meeting with a Chinese client.
