A Taste of Spring

I thought I would take a picture of this daffodil for today's blip. I was trying to get the flower to pop by setting the exposure so that the background would be really dark.

Penny saw the flower when I was adjusting it under the light and decided that it was her #1 priority in life to get it. After several unsuccessful attempts to shoo her away, I decided to end my quest for a solo flower blip and include her in it.

So here you go! BTW - The flower is now safely out of reach of the kitty...
