Tiles

Went over to my mum’s again to take her tile shopping for her new bathroom conversion.  What a delight that was!  Especially when she announced she liked plain white!!!  We could have stayed at home :)

Back to her house to sort a problem with her new stair lift - new batteries put into the remote control and ring through to renew her library books.

Then over to school to pick up my Covid tests which I had forgotten to take home at the end of term.  A quick hello to two members of staff who were working incredibly hard to transform their classroom, before driving home with the roof down.  Managed to buy a new water bottle for the remaining guinea pig whilst being chatted to by a rather mature gentleman about Elvis of all things.

Home, a couple of slices of toast and then fell fast asleep until 5pm!  I must have been out for a good couple of hours.  Judging by the state of my digestive system and my sleep pattern, I think I am still well and truly stressed even after almost a full week of not being at work.
