More Coffee Research

This morning’s coffee stop - I met Matt, the owner of Typica Coffee and enjoyed a welcome Americano with standard 4 shots so that did the trick. Had a good conversation about running a coffee business - he’s also had a hard year but survived. Looking forward to Skyping with my dad in Australia soon.
