Winter gone?

Time to switch from winter to summer tyres. The golden rule used to be
"From O to O" ...or from October to Ostern (Easter)
Nowadays doesn't seem to apply. We have had heavy snow here in July, and if you get involved in an accident at any time of year with inappropriate tyres, you can be given at least part of the blame.
