On the hunt for dragonflies.

Early morning meet-up with blipper "stevvi" to check out possible location for dragonflies - found 1 which was pretty poorly photographed by me!  Several shots which I thought were taken side on but either head or wings were in focus - chose this one with head sharp. Just took one lens as this was a recce visit but stevvi had telephoto and macro and chose macro for a good shot of a grasshopper/cricket.  Warm air but bit breezy for insects etc to be on the wing maybe.  Worth a try but could find better another time perhaps.  Allotment visit later to walk Ginny but threatened heavy showers prevented any work.  Found couple of butterflies to make up another montage!
