Yes, I know, it’s practically cheating to post a Wide Wednesday from a mountaintop. In my defence, I skipped the lift this time and walked all the way up to the top of mount Njullá. That’s 750 metres of elevation gained on foot (and quite a sunburn on my neck… ah well, such is life, I guess).

First extra: “National Park” marker on the peak, as it is also the park’s boundary.

Second extra: a single boat driving across the mirror-smooth Duortnosjávri.
