Confetti....

....not really, of course, but that's what it looked like covering the water. It's some kind of petals that have come off the trees or bushes around the edge of the water, and the ducks were all over it. I was right above them and it must have been tasty, as normally they wouldn't come that close to a person. Another hot day with very high humidity so it feels even worse than it is.  I did a grocery pick-up this morning then called the home care nurse to schedule her to come on Friday to remove Tom's PICC line. Tomorrow is the last day of his IV antibiotics so the doctor would like it to be removed so that this line doesn't become another potential source of infection. I don't think he'll be sorry to see it go.  :)
