Wednesday

After another rubbish sleep I woke for the park but was exhausted. I heard the rain pounding on the roof so turned over and got more sleep. Later I woke, and was annoyed with myself as the weather had improved and I could have been along there. 

This afternoon I went for a walk and stopped here for a tea. Tried to read my book again. I then walked for 2 hours but unsure of the route as I wasn't really aware of my surroundings.
