Still in Use?

We've been driving past this building for years, no idea if it is still in use and if so for what purpose. Some odd light this evening so I (Chris) thought it was worth capturing. 

Much activity in the garden today as we both worked. We're having a shed base constructed in readiness for the arrival of a yet to be purchased shed.
