Zoodles

I cocked an eyebrow when the recipe called for raw zucchini noodles, I've eaten them lightly sauteed many times, but never raw.
I'm glad I followed the recipe, the whole thing was delicious.
Two trips to Costco in one day! 
We submitted a prescription at the pharmacy only to be told come back in three hours to pick it up. (Which of course we did.) 
There won't be a next time.


Ah well...
