Sunflower and snail
Another day of sunshine and heavy showers. Pete and I made two trips to Spalding to try and complete clearance of Molly's house before completion on Friday. We didn't quite get everything in the car, so there'll be one last trip on Thursday, and then it's done. Just the small job of sorting everything out at our end and making multiple trips to the tip. Between trips, I picked Ben up from work and stopped to have a cup of coffee and a chat with him. It's so lovely to see him settled in his new home.
There wasn't a lot of time for photography so my image is one of the sunflowers that has popped up spontaneously from spilled bird food - with a resident banded snail. The snail's not a bad colour match!
