Any excuse...

... to go to the garden centre!

The neighbour we adopted our kitties from has very kindly agreed to look after them while we're away. In return, I've bought her a bee hotel and a rose. 

Although the rose has possibly the most lethal thorns ever, it smells absolutely wonderful. It's outside in the garden at the moment but our whole house now smells like perfume!
