Parked the car at Sainsbury’s, then dropped into the surgery again,  walked to the bank, to a gift shop visit to buy a gift for a friend who has moved, B&M, to get the coffee cream capsules i love in my coffee……and back to Sainsbury’s to do the weekend shop…….it was lovely to walk in wind and sunshine…
but this morning i was so cold that i switched my fan heater on…..
