White and spikey back blip

I spotted this Moth Mullein on our way to town yesterday so we went back today to get a closer look. I just love the seek app blipper  kimb told me about. It can't always identify but usually it can and gives me a starting point to research farther. Many thanks to her! 
The extra is a near by pond. There were so many wood ducks. Many were young ones. The shot is not great as it is private property and I did not have permission to enter so I stayed at the roads edge. I have never seen so many wood ducks at one time. It was interesting that I did not see even one male.
