Geese ashore

I was amazed to see the geese leave the lake and walk right up to the neighbors yard. They ate green acorns and then all walked into the meadow of natural flowers that the neighbors grow, like they knew exactly which plants they were after! I can tell by the hosta that is munched down in the foreground that the deer have been here too......
