“WALKING ON SUNSHINE“

Managed another early morning swim.
Then later on I drove a bit and walked for 45 mins to a park. I met the Rev for lunch. We had a walk around the lake and then he headed back to work. I think the break did him good.
Daisy and I took a slow stroll back to the car. We were exhausted when we got home!!

Homemade meatballs in a veg sauce with allotment produce. Yum!
