Splatter

The silicone splatter guard I purchased is not fit for purpose. Oil manages to find its way through the holes. The pan does seem to get super splashy lately though.

I was caught by a whole load. My arm and foot also was marked in the same incident. I hate fried food for so many reasons. Need to find a new grill pan.
