Our railway need you

Today we took the Lakeside & Haverthwaite Railway from Lakeside to Haverthwaite and back.  We were all sat in a single compartment which made you think that trains of old were made for social distancing. The journey is about 20 minutes and we had an hour or so at Haverthwaite before the return. There is something lovely about chugging of a steam train.
