Flame coloured….

I finally picked my car up this morning, as a part it needed hadn’t arrived til just before the garage closed last night. It was quite a hefty bill but I had expected it as I asked them to deal with a couple of extra things as well as the full service.
It feels cooler today and we have had heavy rain on and off. I know it’s windy in the South West but not too bad here.
Today’s blip is a Tithonia. My dad grew then from seed and then gave me a few plants. This is the first flower. It’s also known as a Mexican sunflower. It’s an early blip tonight as I’m out for dinner with friends, one of whom I’ve  not seen since December 2019.
